At Carr’s Hill we have a Caravan Club CL site with five thoughtfully laid out hardstanding pitches. In addition to our 5 CL pitches, we have five private pitches which are set adjacent to our CL. Our private pitches offer the same high standard of pitch as the CL. All are spacious gravelled hardstanding, have electric hook up and have individual water points. The Caravan Site is open all year round.
Carr’s Hill CL was established in the autumn of 2010. Carr’s Hill CL is a Caravan Club Certificated Location which means there will only ever be 5 caravans on the CL at any one time. In addition to the CL there are a further 4 private pitches set adjacent to, but outwith, the CL.

Carr’s Hill is situated in a peaceful rural area and our pitches have an open outlook over the surrounding farmland. The site is very accessible from the M9/M80/M876 motorway network and is within easy reach of Stirling, Loch Lomond & The Trossachs. Carr’s Hill is situated adjacent to a scheduled ancient monument in the countryside outside Stirling, in the heart of Scotland, and is an ideal touring base for Central Scotland and further afield. It is in a rural area surrounded by fields of horses and sheep. The central location means you will be within easy reach of the nearby cities – Stirling is less than 6 miles away and Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth are all within easy driving distance. Plean Country Park is about one mile away and Loch Lomond and the Trossachs are within an hour’s drive. Stirling Castle, The Wallace Monument and the world renowned Falkirk Wheel are all within 15 minutes drive. Plean Country Park offers excellent dog walking paths, woodland trails and a variety of seasonal events.
Opened in April 2014, The Helix Park offers a fantastic oppotunity for visitors to stand next to the 30 metre tall horse head structures know as The Kelpies. The Helix Park is very easily accessed from Carr’s Hill and can be reached by car in around 15 minutes.
The villages of Dunipace and Plean are closeby for essential shopping but for a wider choice there is a major supermarket within 3 miles. Stirling has convenient City Centre parking with easy access to a full range of national stores as well as many interesting individual shops. Stirling has a highly accessible Park & Ride facility for those who prefer this option.
Activities within easy reach of Carr’s Hill include: golf course 3 miles; coarse fishing 2 miles; clay pigeon shooting 2 miles and horse riding 2 miles.
